WinSCP FTP Error

We are using WinSCP 5.9.4, while connecting to one of our vendor we are getting attached error. Could you please let us know how to rectify the error.

Upgrade to the latest version of WinSCP.
WinSCP 5.9.4 is 7 years old.

Which version of WinSCP is supported by Tidal workload automation 6.5.11

@Guest: I've never heard of "Tidal workload automation". Moreover that looks like a question you should ask them.
