[WinSCP 6.3] cannot connect to IPv6 address anymore

For example fd15:64a:f9ec:9f2e:: gets replaced by fd16 with error 'cannot find host'.

Reproduce by putting fd15:64a:f9ec:9f2e:: as the host, then try to connect.

Version 6.1.2 works when connecting to IPv6 address.

I have added this issue to the tracker:
Issue 2263 – Cannot use IPv6 literal as hostname on Login dialog

The fixed version is going to be released promptly.
