What for? SMB is protocol for Windows network drives, isn't it? You can browse network drives in local WinSCP panel, as they are made transparently accessible by Windows OS as if they were local.

If you want to have your local drive and network drives opened side by side in two WinSCP panels, you can use "local tab" with two "local" panels:
