Add host name to files opened in the temporary location for editing

Hi!
I use Notepad++ as my editor. I often open the same file from two different hosts for a "stare and compare" session. Then, I get distracted and forget which file belongs to which host. Is there any way to add the hostname in the temporary file path so that when I mouse over the tab in Notepad++, I can quickly identify the source system? Perhaps make it an option for those concerned about sensitive info leakage?
Thanks!

... and of course, there's already a setting. I don't know how many times I must have overlooked that. Thank you!!
