Is 6.3.4 hiding files by default?

Upgraded to 6.3.4 and now I can't see my access files (created in Notepad) on the server side in WinSCP. Is there now a default hide file feature I don't know about? How can I configure 6.3.4 to view all files?

Do you mean the "hidden" .htaccess files?
Yes, they are hidden by default. But this is not new in 6.3.4. It's been like that since 5.6 (2014).
Anyway, turn off "Show hidden files" option:
