Searching for Host

When we attempt to connect, we receive a time out error. It states "searching for host" and then network error: connection to 12.150.228.31 timed out. Is your server down? This issue began yesterday. Our IT department states that this is not on our end. Please advise.

We do not manage the server you are connecting to.
Please contact the actual administrator of the server.
