Stale metadata

Suppose you open a directory in WinSCP, then modify one of the files in that directory using external tools, and then transfer the file to another computer. In this case, a modified file will be copied, but the date of the copied file will be the old date of the last edit/creation.

Using WinSCP 6.3.3 in Commander mode on Windows 11 Home.
