WinSCP 6.5 Not Connecting Immediately After Upgrading from Ver 6.1 - Issue Now Resolved

We were using version 6.1 and just installed WinSCP 6.5. When we tried connecting to a server in the new version that had been setup and configured correctly in version 6.1, we get a time-out error message. We get a "Connecting to ...." popup that doesn't open up with the password field. Instead, we get a Connection Failed. Timeout detected (Control connection). Connection Failed message. See the attached screenshots. Is there a fix for this or should I downgrade to version 6.1?

I was receiving the "Connection failed" message when I was trying to connect using my iPhone's hotspot because my internet was down. Once my internet service was restored, I was able to connect.
