Connection Refused Error When Uploading to MassIVE via WinSCP(FTP client)

I am encountering a connection issue while attempting to upload my data to the MassIVE repository using WinSCP. Whenever I try to log in in WinSCP (FTP client) and connect to Massive. I get an error. Each time I try to connect, I receive the error message:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Connection failed.

I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

I would appreciate your guidance on resolving this issue. Please let me know if there are specific settings or firewall configurations that I need to adjust on my end.

You are phrasing your question like it's specifically WinSCP issue. Does it mean you can connect with any other FTP client? If you can, post both its and WinSCP's log. If you cannot connect anyhow, please contact your server or network administrator.
