Auto-login with saved sessions possible?

Hi,
I recently discovered that it's possible to save a "workspace". A bit late for someone who's been using WinSCP for 15+ years, isn't it...
Anyway, my setup/workspace is having 5 tabs: 1 Windows tab and 4 tabs connected to my 4 Raspberry Pi's.
What I see is that, when I select one of my Raspberry Pi tabs, the connection session only then starts.
I was wondering if WinSCP can be set in such a way that it automatically also connects to the devices that correspond to the tabs. So, silently already setting up the connection in the background even before the tab(s) is/are selected.

Is this possible? If so, what am I missing in my workspace settings?
