Invalid access to memory

everytime i try to ope a .cgi or .pl file with largedata it crashes the file size was 522KB not that huge.

WinSCP 6.5.6

Error message:
Invalid access to memory.

I know how to reproduce the problem or the problem happens frequently enough. I wish to be contacted by the WinSCP team to help resolving the problem.
