Get files frome Remote and then delete it

I've been looking everywhere for this.
I can't find it. How do I automatically download files from the remote server, and then after downloading it, remove the remote file?

Thanks for your answer. The problem is, that I don't know the name of the file. The filename is generated randow...also, the file doesn't have a file-extension. Any suggestions? Best regards, Patrik
