Tutorials (new)

I now taken my first steps in this world about Windows/linux.
I know a lot of the Windows (not lamme on that) but I don't know anything about Linux and Unix systems.
I asking for links to tutorials for this software, and too others. The first steps on this all thing because I buy one shell and know I have to do the configuration, etc.
In Portuguese would be great!

I suppose that the shell you've bought have a configuration manual, haven't it?

Well I wanna it in general, take the first steps and understand this world. Don't wanna just be stick in a shell and when I pick another have to check another manual.
If you know any links I will be thankful but if you don't know I understand that! I know somethings about new tek. But never know all. My learn process is my all life
