transfer files from one server to another

is there a way to have 2 windows open (logged into 2 servers with both windows open)?

is there a way to transfer files from one server to another?

for example

right now I am connected to 2 separate hosting companies / servers

I right click a file in one and choose duplicate (doesn't matter if i choose via local copy or not) > I choose folder on other server =

I get this message:

No such file or directory.
Error code: 2
Error message from server: No such file
Request code: 3
